- 1 tbsp (15 ml) vegetable oil
- 2 packages (300 g each) medium shrimp (20/40) shelled, patted very dry
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) spicy chili crisp
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a wok or a large skillet over high heat, warm the oil. Add the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes or until starting to brown, turning them over halfway through cooking. Add the chili crisp and cook for 1 more minute or until the shrimp are cooked through, stirring to coat them in the sauce.
- Divide the shrimp among four plates. Sprinkle with the green onion. Serve with sushi rice and a green vegetable, if desired.
