Fruit Juice Jelly 



Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 ml) fruit juice, of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) sugar
  • 1 package gelatin (or 7 ml (1 1/2 teaspoons) agar-agar powder)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the juice and sugar. Sprinkle the gelatin over the juice and let stand for 2 minutes.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring, until the gelatin has dissolved.
  3. Pour into 4 dessert dishes. Let set in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
