Guy Mongrain’s Maple Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) olive oil
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice
- Chopped fresh tarragon, to taste (optional)
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Whisk together all ingredients.
- Use to dress warm goat cheese salads or green salads.
