Red Plum Salad with Honey and Rosemary
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) honey
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) water
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sugar
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- 6 red plums, pitted and thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, bring the honey, water, sugar and rosemary to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
- Remove and discard the rosemary.
- In a bowl, combine the plums and the hot syrup. Cover and let marinate 15 minutes or more before serving.
