  • 1 sweet potato, peeled

  • Salt and pepper

  1. With the mandolin, thinly slice the potatoes lengthwise. Rinse the slices and pat dry.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the potato slices in the olive oil a dozen at a time until golden brown and crispy, adding oil as needed.
  3. Drain on paper towels. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside at room temperature.
  4. Serve with Venison Steak with Great Hunter Sauce.
