Caro’s Cauliflower Salad
Ingredients
- 6 cups (1.5 litres) cauliflower cut into small florets
- 3 cups (750 ml) diced celery
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sugar
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the cauliflower, celery, and parsley.
