  • 10 oz (280 g) white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) 35% cream
  • 2 cups (500 ml) all-purpose flour, sifted
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons (7.5 ml) baking powder
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 1/4 cups (310 ml) sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups (310 ml) milk
  • 2 oz (55 g) white chocolate, melted
  • 5 round Savoy cabbage leaves with no folds
  • 18 oz (500 g) white chocolate, chopped

  1. Place the chocolate in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, bring the cream to a boil. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let melt for 1 minute. Whisk the mixture until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours.
