Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) strawberry jam
  • 2/3 cup (150 ml) graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) brown sugar
  • 60 ml (1/4 tasse) unsalted butter, melted
  • 250 ml (1 tasse) quartered fresh strawberry
  • Strawberry coulis

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, process the cheese and jam until smooth. Transfer to a bowl. Cover and refrigerate.
