Ингредиенты

  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) puréed wasabi (or to taste)
  • 1/2 lb (225 g) skinless salmon fillet, very fresh, finely chopped with a knife
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chopped fresh chives
  • Bits of chervil, for garnish
  • Bits of dill, for garnish
  • 1 cup (250 ml) canola oil, approximately
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) cornstarch
  • 1 egg white, lightly beaten
  • 3 sheets of nori (seaweed)

  1. In a bowl, blend the mayonnaise and wasabi. Add the salmon and chives. Blend well. Season with salt. Cover and refrigerate while preparing the fried seaweed.
