Lemon Stuffing
Ingredients
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
- 1 cup (250 ml) dry breadcrumbs
- 454 g sausage meat
- 1 egg
- Grated zest of 2 lemons
- The juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the onion and garlic in the oil. Cool and blend with the remaining ingredients.
