Ингредиенты

  • 1 pie crust (see recipe)
  • 1/3 cup (75 ml) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) ground almonds
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) maple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) flour
  • 1 cup (250 ml) blueberries

Инструкция

  1. With the rack in the lowest position, preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
  2. In a bowl, combine all of the filling ingredients, except for the blueberries.
  3. Roll out the pastry and line a 20-cm (8-inch) pie plate with a removable bottom. Spread the filling into the crust. Scatter the blueberries over the filling.
  4. Bake for about 45 minutes or until the pie is golden brown. Let cool before serving.
