Ингредиенты

  • 2/3 cup (105 g) whole, blanched almonds
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 4 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp onion salt
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • Cayenne pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil, for dipping
  • Cubed bread, for dipping

Инструкция

  1. In a chopper or small food processor, or using a mortar and pestle, process the almonds into small pieces. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Transfer to a small bowl.
  2. To serve, pour the olive oil into another bowl. Dip the bread cubes in the oil, then the dukka and enjoy.
