Duck Breast and Caramelized Onion Jam Crostini
Ingredients
- 12 baguette 1/2-inch (1-cm) thick slices, lightly toasted
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
- 4 fresh figs, sliced (optional)
- 24 dried duck breast slices, chopped
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) homemade or store-bought caramelized onion jam
Instructions
- Brush the bread slices with olive oil. Cover with fig slices, pieces of duck breast, and caramelized onions.
- Serve immediately.
