Ингредиенты

  • 1 cup (250 ml) pitted peaches, peeled and cut into pieces (2 medium peaches)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) water
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) sugar
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) sugar
  • 3 cups (750 ml) white wine (Sauvignon Blanc or Chardonnay)
  • 1 white grapefruit, rinsed, halved and sliced

  1. In a blender, purée the peaches, water and sugar.
  2. Strain and transfer to an ice cube tray. Freeze for about 3 hours.
