Frothy Sugar Fudge and Spice Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) ice cubes
- 2 oz (60 ml) sucre à la crème liqueur
- 1 oz (30 ml) spiced rum
- 1 oz (30 ml) milk, plus more for decorating (see note)
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon, plus more for decorating
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, vigorously mix the ice cubes, liqueur, rum, milk and cinnamon. Strain into a 2/3-cup (150 ml) stemmed glass. Add frothed milk foam, if desired. Sprinkle with more cinnamon.
