Rosemary Lard
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (55 g) lard or butter, softened
- 2 tbsp fresh Parmesan cheese, finely grated
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 tsp rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with the crescentines. The rosemary lard will keep for 1 week in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
