Ingredients
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) ketchup
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) prepared yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) sweet relish
- 3/4 lb (340 g) medium-lean ground beef
- Vegetable oil, for brushing
- 2 brioche hamburger buns
- 4 thick slices cheddar cheese (see note)
- 1/4 onion, chopped
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Set aside.

After flipping the patties, place a slice of cheese (orange, of course!), which will melt for a few seconds before you place the patties in the burger buns with a sauce made from ketchup, mustard and relish for a revisited taste of nostalgia.
