Salty, Smoky and Spicy Mango Margarita
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup (75 ml) water
- 1 tbsp salt
- ½ cup (70 g) frozen mango cubes
- 2 oz (60 ml) tequila
- 1 oz (30 ml) Triple Sec or other clear orange liqueur
- 1 oz (30 ml) lime juice
- ½ oz (15 ml) clear cane syrup
- ½ tsp (2.5 ml) saline solution
- ¾ cup (180 ml) ice cubes
- Smoked paprika, to taste
- 2 small lime wedges
Instructions
- In a 1-cup (250 ml) container, combine the water and salt. Tightly seal the container. Shake for 1 minute or until the salt has dissolved. The saline solution will keep for 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
