French Dressing

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) olive oil
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dried tarragon
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients. Serve with a mesclun salad.
