Shredded Turkey Sandwich with Gravy
Ингредиенты
- ⅓ cup (60 g) cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) onion confit
- 1 tbsp parsley leaves, finely chopped
- 1 slice raclette cheese (about 1 oz/30 g) or sharp cheddar cheese, halved
- ¼ baguette, cut in half horizontally, warmed
- ⅓ cup (75 ml) gravy-style brown sauce, warmed
Инструкции
- In a bowl, combine the turkey, mustard, onion confit and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
- Layer the cheese and the turkey mixture onto the bottom half of the baguette. Close the sandwich.
- Place the sandwich in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted. On a work surface, cut the sandwich in half, if desired. Serve with the sauce for dipping.
