4 hour Grilled Pork Roast
Ingredients
- 1 4 1/2 lb (2 kg) pork shoulder roast with the bone in
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) homemade barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) store-bought barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Set a section of the grill to medium.
- Brush the roast with the oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the roast fat side up on the unheated section.
- Cook for about 3 hours 30 minutes or until the meat is fork tender. Brush the roast with barbecue sauce. Continue cooking for 30 minutes.
- Serve with Baked Sweet Potatoes.
