5 ½ cups (550 g) quick-cooking oats
1 ¼ cups (130 g) milk powder
½ cup (80 g) maple sugar (see note)
2 tbsp dried blueberries
1 tbsp roasted almonds, chopped
2 tbsp dried apples, diced
1 tbsp roasted pecans, chopped
1 pinch ground cinnamon
2 tbsp dried cranberries
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
½ tsp orange zest, finely grated
