  • 5 ½ cups (550 g) quick-cooking oats
  • 1 ¼ cups (130 g) milk powder
  • ½ cup (80 g) maple sugar (see note)
  • 2 tbsp dried blueberries
  • 1 tbsp roasted almonds, chopped
  • 2 tbsp dried apples, diced
  • 1 tbsp roasted pecans, chopped
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • ½ tsp orange zest, finely grated
