  • ¾ cup (180 g) coarse kosher salt
  • 3 tbsp dill flowers or fronds
  • 2 tbsp tarragon leaves
  • 2 tbsp flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 1 tbsp mint leaves
  • 5 rosemary leaves
  • 1 small garlic clove, quartered
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes

Инструкция

  1. In a small food processor, pulse all of the ingredients a few seconds at a time until the mixture has a sandy texture or like that of fine salt.
  2. Delicious on fresh vegetables, hard-boiled eggs, fish, fries, grilled meats or bread. The salt will keep for 3 weeks in an airtight container at room temperature.
