White Sangria with Peaches
Ingredients
- 3 peaches, pitted and cut into wedges, plus more for serving
- 4 cups (1 litre) white cranberry juice
- 1 bottle (750 ml) dry white wine
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) Cointreau or another orange liqueur
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) vodka
- Ice cubes, for serving
Instructions
- In a large 12-cup (3 litre) bowl, lightly crush the peaches with a potato masher. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the ice. Mix and cover. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Place a sieve over a pitcher and strain in the sangria. Add a few fresh peach wedges. Serve in glasses filled with ice cubes.
