Orange and Harissa Salt
Ingredients
- ½ cup (145 g) fine salt
- 2 oranges, zest finely grated
- 1 tsp ground harissa spice blend
Instructions
- With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 175°F (80°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On the baking sheet, combine the salt, orange zest and harissa.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the salt and zest have dried out.
- Let cool completely. The salt will keep for 2 months in an airtight container at room temperature.
