  • 1 cup (140 g) cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 pinch curry powder
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
  • 4 naan breads
  • ½ cup (125 ml) butter chicken sauce, homemade or store-bought (see note)
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
  • 4 oz (115 g) halloumi cheese, cut into large dice
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 lime, zest finely grated (optional)

  1. With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Season with salt. Set aside.
