  • ½ cup (30 g) nutritional yeast flakes
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) olive oil
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) tamari
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) water
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) maple syrup
  • 1 garlic clove, halved

Инструкция

  1. In a personal blender fitted with the grinding blade, or in a bowl with a hand blender, purée all of the ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour into an airtight container. The dragon sauce will keep for 4 days in the refrigerator.
