Fried Chicken Burgers
Ingredients
- ¼ cup (60 ml) sour cream
- ¼ cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp celery, cut into small dice
- 1 tbsp dill, finely chopped
- 2 tsp (10 ml) dill pickle juice
- 1 tsp (5 ml) hot sauce Frank’s Red Hot® style, or more to taste
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 pieces crispy beer-battered fried chicken, warm
- Dill pickle slices, to taste
- Iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced, to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
