Ингредиенты

  • 1 cup (125 g) frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 1 can (14 oz/398 ml) coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup (60 g) white or black chia seeds
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1/3 cup (30 g) roasted pecans, coarsely chopped
  • 3 tbsp roasted pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

Инструкция

  1. In a blender, purée the raspberries, coconut milk and maple syrup until smooth. Strain through a sieve, if desired. Pour into a bowl. Stir in the chia seeds. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or overnight (see note).
