Turkish Manti Pasta
As seen on TikTok, this pasta dish with a Turkish twist is quick and easy to make. While your pasta cooks, prepare to toppings (ground beef, aromatic butter, garlic yogurt, cherry tomatoes and herbs) and dinner is served!
Ingredients
- ¼ cup (55 g) butter
- ½ tsp sweet paprika
- 1 ½ lb (675 g) lean ground beef
- 1 tsp (5 ml) vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp curry powder
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 ½ cups (375 ml) 10% yogurt
- 3 garlic cloves, finely grated
- ¾ lb (340 g) short pasta
- ¾ cup (105 g) cherry tomatoes, quartered
- ¼ cup (10 g) flat-leaf parsley leaves
Instructions
- In a small pot, melt the butter with the paprika until the butter is foaming. Remove from the heat. Season with salt. Keep warm.
