- 3 tbsp (45 ml) natural almond butter
- 2 Medjool dates, pitted and quartered
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp puffed quinoa
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- A few fresh raspberries

- In a small food processor, blend the almond beverage, almond butter and dates until smooth (don’t worry if there are still small pieces of dates visible). Transfer to a bowl.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon. Garnish with the hemp and pumpkin seeds, puffed quinoa, banana and raspberries.
