Raspberry and Grapefruit Pink Lemonade
Ingredients
- 1 cup (210 g) sugar
- 1 cup (135 g) raspberries, plus more for serving
- 1 cup (250 ml) water
- 1 lemon, zest removed with a peeler
- 6 cups (1.5 litres) water
- 1 cup (250 ml) lemon juice
- 1 cup (250 ml) pink grapefruit juice
- Ice cubes
- A few slices of lemon, for serving
Instructions
- In a small pot, bring all of the ingredients to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes or until the raspberries have broken down. Strain through a sieve set over a large 15-cup (3 litre) pitcher. Let cool.
