- 2 plum tomatoes, seeded and cut into small dice

- 1/4 cup (10 g) chives, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp flat-leaf parsley leaves, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup (35 g) fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 brioche hamburger buns
- 1 cup (30 g) watercress or arugula
