- 4 whole chicken legs with skin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil

- 2 tbsp (30 ml) harissa
- 1/2 lemon, juice only

- With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the chicken legs in a 13 x 9-inch (33 x 23 cm) baking dish. Sprinkle with the salt on both sides. Rub all over with the cut-side of the lemon half. Let sit for 5 minutes. Drizzle with the oil. Season with pepper.
