Ингредиенты

  • 1 ½ cups (375 ml) ice cubes
  • 1/4 apple, peeled and diced
  • 2 oz (60 ml) apple brandy
  • 3 tbsp (30 g) maple sugar
  • 1 oz (30 ml) verjus
  • 3 thin apple slices, unpeeled

Инструкция

  1. In a blender, purée the ice cubes with the diced apple, apple brandy, maple sugar and verjus until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass. Garnish with apple slices. Serve with Sweet and Salty Popcorn with Herbs.
