Chili Lime Edamame
Whip this up in minutes when you get home from work. It’s the perfect thing to snack on before a late dinner with friends.
Ingredients
- 1 bag (500 g) frozen whole edamame (soybeans) in the pod
- 2 tsp fleur de sel
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 lime, the finely grated zest
Instructions
- In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the edamame for 3 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold running water. Pat dry and place in a large bowl.
- Sprinkle with the fleur de sel, chili powder and lime zest, and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
