Mini Tuna Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 tsp (10 ml) lime juice
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) olive oil
- 3/4 lb (340 g) tuna steaks, finely diced
- 1/4 cup (15 g) panko bread crumbs
- ¼ cup (10 g) cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 tsp (10 ml) Dijon mustard
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 lime, zest finely grated
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 8 mini hamburger buns, toasted if desired
- 8 small Boston lettuce leaves
- 2 Lebanese cucumbers, sliced into ribbons
Instructions
- In a food processor, purée the avocado and lime juice until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
