  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) fermented chili paste (gochujang)
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) plum syrup or brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Инструкция

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. The sauce will keep for 1 week in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  2. Delicious with our Pork Bulgogi.

This complex and versatile condiment is made from fermented red chili. Basically Korean ketchup, this fiery-hot sauce goes with everything!
