Ingredients
- 4 slices candied ginger
- 1 1/2 oz (45 ml) vodka
- 1 oz (30 ml) lime juice
- Ice cubes
- Ginger ale
- Mint sprig
- Skewer of candied ginger
- Lime wedge
- Pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
- In a copper mug or glass tumbler, combine candied ginger, vodka and lime juice. Stir.
- Fill the mug with ice cubes and top up with ginger ale.
- Garnish with a mint sprig, a skewer of candied ginger and a lime wedge. Sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon.
