Cheesy Avocado Dip
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) sour cream
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) lime juice
- 2/3 cup (100 g) cheese curds, chopped
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, cut into small dice
- 2 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
Instructions
- In a food processor, purée the avocados, sour cream and lime juice until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer the dip to a bowl.
- Stir the cheese curds, cucumber and cilantro into the dip.
- Serve the dip with Pita Chips or vegetable crudités.
