- ½ cup (95 g) mango, diced
- 1 tomato, seeded and diced
- 1 passion fruit, pulp and seeds
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) lime juice
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
- 2 zucchini, sliced into 1/8-inch (3 mm) ribbons on a mandoline
- 1 lb (450 g) small asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
- 8 large scallops, trimmed and patted dry (see note)

- In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside at room temperature (this salsa is best enjoyed at room temperature).
