Fresh Herb and Lemon Sauce
Ingredients
- ¼ cup (60 ml) pesto
- ¼ cup (60 ml) olive oil
- 2 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp chives, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp roasted almonds, chopped
- 1 lemon, zest finely grated
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Season with pepper. Serve at room temperature.
- Delicious with grilled meats, fish or pasta, such as our creamy ravioli raclette.
