White Wine Cooler
Ingredients
- ½ cup (125 ml) ice cubes
- ¼ cup (60 ml) dry white wine
- ¼ cup (60 ml) Lillet (see note)
- ½ tsp (2,5 ml) egg white
- 2 fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- In a shaker, vigorously shake all the ingredients. Strain into a wine glass. Serve with tapenade and fish tart, if desired.
