Ingredients

1/2 cup (125 ml) plain yogurt
3 tbsp (45 ml) soy sauce
2 tbsp (30 ml) creamy peanut butter
2 tbsp (30 ml) honey
1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
1 tsp coriander seeds, crushed
1 tsp (5 ml) Tabasco sauce
1 1/2 lb (675 g) pork tenderloin (about 2 tenderloins)
12 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes, or metal skewers
3/4 cup (180 ml) coconut milk
1/4 cup (60 ml) creamy peanut butter
1 tbsp (15 ml) soy sauce
2 tsp (10 ml) honey
1 tsp (5 ml) fish sauce (nuoc mam)
1 tsp (5 ml) Tabasco sauce, or to taste
1/2 cup (75 g) peanuts, crushed
Cilantro, chopped
