Ингредиенты

  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
  • ¾ lb (340 g) raw shrimp, peeled, chopped and patted dry
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno chili pepper, seeded or not, chopped
  • 1 ½ cups (150 g) mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 3 cups (360 g) corn flour
  • 2 ½ cups (625 ml) water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ cup (125 ml) vegetable oil

Инструкция

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, lightly brown the garlic and onion in the oil. Add the shrimp, green onions and jalapeno. Cook just until the shrimp are cooked through. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a large bowl and let cool for 15 minutes.
  2. Add the cheese and mix with a wooden spoon just until the mixture forms into a paste. Refrigerate.
