   Line a plate with parchment paper.

   In a bowl, combine the cream cheese with the sugar until the sugar has dissolved. Shape into 20 balls using about 1 ½ tsp of the mixture for each one. Place spaced out on the plate and slightly flatten each ball. Freeze for 30 minutes or until completely frozen.
