Wash a plastic skull and pat dry. Cover the skull with the prosciutto slices, leaving the nose and eyes uncovered.

Cut the bocconcini so they fit into the eye cavities. Secure the olive slices with the cloves into the bocconcini.

Add a bit of ketchup or hot sauce to look like blood, if desired. Place at the centre of a charcuterie platter or at the centre of the table as decoration.
