Prosciutto and Strawberry Toasts

   Preheat the grill, setting the burners to medium. Oil the grate.

   Meanwhile, in a small food processor, combine the cream cheese with the pink and black peppercorns. Set aside.

   In a small bowl, combine the strawberries with the vinegar. Season with pepper.

   Brush the bread with the oil on both sides. Season with salt and pepper. Grill the bread on the barbecue until nicely marked on both sides. Set aside on a plate.

   Spread the cream cheese mixture over the grilled bread. Top with the prosciutto and strawberries. Garnish with basil leaves and a drizzle of honey.
