Pork Tenderloin with a Coffee Dry Rub

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Set aside.

Preheat the grill, setting the burners to high. Oil the grate.

Rub each tenderloin with 2 tbsp of dry rub. Let stand for 10 minutes. Keep the remaining rub in an airtight container at room temperature.

Reduce the grill’s heat to medium. Grill the pork tenderloins for 10 to 15 minutes, turning at regular intervals. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Serve with a potato salad or a green salad drizzled with coffee vinaigrette, if desired.
