Pisco Sour

   In a cocktail shaker, vigorously mix the pisco, lime juice, cane syrup, egg white and ice cubes for 1 minute.

   Strain through a sieve over a very cold lowball whiskey. Add the drops of bitters. Use a toothpick to trace small hearts in the foam, if desired.
